The practice internet has been down since yesterday and we are hoping for it to be rectified today - this means we are unable to send/receive emails, make/take telephone calls, send SMS reminders, take card payments (please bring cash to your appointment if possible), book appointments online. Please call our Heaton Practice on 0191 2655414 if you require Urgent care and they will assist you the best they can, please state you are a Low Fell Patient, or , please email them at heaton@alecwaugh-dental.co.uk - They are unable to access our appointment books but if you wish to cancel please leave your details with them. Our IT support will hopefully have us back up and running today - We are extremely sorry about the inconvenience this has caused to our patients and to the disruption of the practice.

FOR NEW NHS PATIENTS
If you are a new patient to the Practice wishing to join us on the NHS, Your name will be added to our waiting list - we will contact you when the practice has availability.
If you are an existing NHS patient, you will be able to book your routine NHS examination through the booking page as an 'existing patient'.
NHS Patients will see an NHS Dental Therapist, any treatments that the therapist is unable to do under their scope of Practice will be placed on a waiting list to see a dentist which is currently at 9 months.
