Please note: due to the extreme increase in demand, the timeframe between your initial examination and the treatment could be up to 12 months - patients will be placed on a waiting list once they have seen the clinician.

The booking portal will allow you to book directly with one of our Dental Therapists for an NHS examination only

 If your concern is regarding any prosthesis (Dentures, Crowns, Bridges, etc.) or a need for complex treatment, please call us to organize this appointment for you.

If you have an outstanding balance with us, the portal will not allow you to book online.

​​

If you miss your NHS appointment, you will not be offered a further one, unless it was an exceptional circumstance

If you require an interpreter, please give us at least 14 days' notice so we can arrange this for you

NHS charges will be applicable and payable on the day you come in unless you are exempt and can provide the correct documentation to the reception team.​
